Emily is from Creedmoor, NC and came to Britt Dental in 2019!! She’s the office’s biggest Hurricane’s fan and a huge proponent for the 90’s rock station on our radio system! Emily is a mom of 2, Finnley and Camden and after work you can find “Emmie” at home with her kids and husband Andrew, or over at PNC watching a game! Em enjoys working at Britt Dental for the “at-home” feel and our incredible patients because they truly do make the day so much better! Next time you come in, ask her about her cat, Tito!

Jade – Dental Assistant II
Jade is a Durham local currently residing in Stem, NC. She has been assisting in the dental field for 6 years and loves Britt Dental for its family-style office culture. Jade is one of the most personable and hard-working members on the team and patients love her bubbly laugh and efficiency in the operatory room! After work, Jade can be found at home with family (and her many fur babies!) or out on her boat on Kerr Lake in the summertime!
Sydney – Dental Assistant II
Born and raised in the Triangle, Sydney came to Britt Dental in April of 2021! Her favorite part of working as an assistant here is the “whistle while you work” mentality, and the enjoyable, light-hearted energy in the office! After work, Syd hurries home to her dogs Kobe and Remi, but outside of work in her free time, especially when the weather is nice, she can be found near the water (lakes OR the beach!) She’s currently in school working on her undergrad, but the biggest hope she has for her future is that she lives a full life of good memories with good people!
Shelly – Dental Assistant II
Shelly (Shell Bell) is from Hillsborough, NC and still lives there! She came to Britt Dental Center in 2021 and even though she has been an assistant for 12 years, prior to her career in dental, she did a Culinary Arts program and developed a love for baking!! Her favorite part of the office is that we all have a great time together and work hard as a team. Shell loves that patients are so friendly and says that Dr. Britt and Dr. Forestier are the kindness and most caring dentist she’s ever met! After work, Shell loves to get home to her husband and 5 year old son, Bear. She enjoys cooking for her family and after dinner if the weather is nice, they go outside with their chocolate lab, Buxton, and get the eggs out of the chicken coop. She hopes to one day retire and move to the beach!
Jill – Dental Assistant II
Jill (Jilly, Jilly Bean) was born and raised in Pittsboro, NC and came to Britt Dental in January of 2022! She’s our very own weather-watcher dance-queen and she can sometimes be found chasing storms for fun or twirling down our hallways! Jill’s favorite part of working at Britt Dental is how much fun we have together and the family-like environment in the office. She loves to spend time with her nieces and nephews as well as her cats Autumn and Floofy and in her spare time loves to bake, shop, and craft.
